结识房子与房子的主人是金象刚初生，一群优秀并真诚的人得到了房子主人的青睐，信任的把这么有历史价值的一套房子交给了他们手中，这就是著名的“西湖大道十号地块”，市中心御王府之称的——元福里。当你沿南宋御街一直往北走至尽头，映入眼帘的是青瓦白墙，重檐花窗的私宅外墙，这片沃土记载着城市久远的生命历程，还原着杭州老底子建筑的记忆。

用房子的姿色表达内心的灿烂

雕梁画栋的中国古典建筑要传承中国大宅文化之韵味，必然会以红木、青瓷、字画等加以浓墨重彩，但这一切传统的都不足以表达主人内心的灿烂及对生活方式的美好畅想，故设计思考以姿色为主题加以衬托建筑结构的古典，使其足以能表达这个时代的审美，又不违背东方精神的思考。

整个空间对于色彩的运用思考，就如一场让人想做探究的戏剧场，通过对业主精神文化的折射构建一座符合她的气质舞台，把热爱与家庭点滴融合，诠释出对艺术生活的至美追求。

DE GOURNAY 为整个空间设计的一款手绘墙纸深得业主的喜爱。惟妙惟肖的猴子形态不一，赋予了空间灵动性。

A hand-painted wallpaper designed by de Gournay for the whole space is deeply loved by the owner. There are different shapes of lifelike monkeys, which endow space flexibility.

整个空间设计之于软装板块是和业主慢慢熟知过程中的精细研究，鉴于她的喜好、性格、生活方式的琢磨之后再的做转化，与她热爱艺术的心之向往，熠熠不息紧紧相牵。

曾因项目起初的经验不足，也导致对家人的用心营造有了缺陷，虽然没有一个项目是完美的，但自责的内疚也更加促进了象族人完善了整案体系，一个项目从信任到融入情感再到鞭策一个初生公司的快速成长，一份情感表达的善意及宽容的力量，一直在我们心中，且连绵不断，与房子的故事与房子主人的情分是内心的情长。
